Advice

Yeah, we make an awesome webcomic – but we’ve done a lot more than just that with our lives. “Advice” is our way of bringing that to the world.

Between us, we have held a lot of odd jobs, cooked many a meal, worked a lot of comics, raised about 12 kids, built up very satisfying lives, and created a hundred web sites. We’ve had careers, raised families, built businesses, graduated from college, traveled the world, and reached success in our chosen fields. I am absolutely certain we have some advice you will find valuable.

This feature is conceived as an interactive knowledge sharing medium between us and you that doesn’t have much to do with our comic. As far as I know, this is a first for webcomics. So, why did we start it? I read a lot of forums as we prepped for SOLDIERS, and many of the posts have nothing to do with what’s going on in the related comic – they are from people looking for advice. So, I figured, lets get serious about that and see if the experiences of the SOLDIERS team can help you.

In the coming weeks, we will be updating this section with gear lists, recommendations, playlists, and tutorials based on our experience.  Hopefully it will help you in your creative efforts and daily life.  So, stay tuned.
