What got you into comics? Archie double digests and summer camp. So portable, so awesome.

How did you learn your skill/trade? Years of practice and mostly trial and error.

What tools/equipment do you use (hardware and software)? I letter using Adobe Illustrator (a really old version, cause it’s too expensive to upgrade!) On a Windows PC. Some days I’ll do the final work on my Macbook, but it’s usually done on the PC for the added real estate.

What was your favorite comic as a kid? Amazing Spider-Man

Who is your greatest comic influence? Narrowing it down to one is impossible. Workman, Eliopolis, Starkings, Piekos, Klein… you know, the people no on has ever heard of who do the lettering.

What advice would you give someone just starting out in comics? Practice, practice, practice. Patience, patience, patience. Work, work, work.
