SOLDIERS is an ongoing, weekly digital comic and updates every Tuesday.
The Story
In 1998, the Department of Defense decided that troops, not massive hardware, were the best weapon system for modern warfare. And so, the Secretary of Defense convinced Congress to redirect 8 billion dollars from a new fighter jet development program into the Advanced Soldier Program. The result was 10 prototype super soldiers of varying abilities.
